雖然當 PI 已經十幾年了，但是在實驗室管理上鬆與緊的尺度，我還一直在找尋最適當的方法。最近開始在 Hanjia's Lab 推行一種新的學習管理方法，我將這個方法稱為「履歷表管理法」。 每個學生未來找工作都會準備履歷表，但從今年開始，我要求實驗室每個研究生「現在」就要準備好履歷表交給我，並且約定每三個月要更新一次，每次新版的履歷中要用紅字標示新增的內容。 當然，以一個還沒畢業的學生來說，履歷表中值得拿出來說的東西並不多。所以除了一般履歷表常備的資料之外，我們新增加 「熟讀論文列表」、「專門實驗技術」、「特殊事蹟」等欄位。 「熟讀論文列表」是指在就學期間，Seminar 或是...
